Administrative Assistant
Financial Security Advisors is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work at their small fee-only financial planning firm. Salary: $11-$13/hour, based on experience.
Skills:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills-establishing systems to track tasks
- Willingness and ability to learn new software
- “Can do?” attitude
- Willingness to increase hours worked occasionally to meet firm needs
- Basic-level knowledge of Microsoft Word required
- Basic-level knowledge of Quickbooks Pro a plus
- Basic-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus
